• February 10, 2020: evaluators return their verdicts;

• March 15, 2020: notification of the review board’s evaluations (acceptance / acceptance with modifications / rejection) sent to authors

• April 15, 2020: submission of revised abstracts;

• May 15, 2020: final decisions sent to authors (acceptance or rejection of paper proposals);

• May 20-July 15, 2021: submission of long-format abstracts by authors;

• September 20, 2021: online publication of long paper abstracts;

• May 15 to October 15, 2021: conference registration (online on this website).
